Complètement ridicule comme gestion. Ça fait déjà 6 mois que nous tentons de récupérer les actions de notre père décédé. Ils ont le certificat de décès de notre père et nous sommes incapables de parler à quelqu'un pour le ravoir (on s'entend que ça retarde TOUS NOS AUTRES DÉMARCHES). Juste pouvoir parler à quelqu'un en choisissant les options du menu prend environ 3 minutes. Je me fais régulièrement raccroché au nez ou transféré vers un poste qui ne répond pas quand l'employé ne sait pas quoi me répondre (et je tente malgré tout de rester polie, je ne crie jamais ou quoi que ce soit). RIDICULE.

If I could give a lower rating I would. 5 to 6 calls to complete a transfer to another brokerage. Over 2.5 hours spent on what should be a simple task. No access to online account to do it myself (the explanation which is valid came later). Two fees for two different accounts, not once did I feel that anyone was listening to the horrible experience I was having. Manager call back, leaves voicemail / no call back number, and she was missing the point of my escalation (yes the fees but more the time I spent as a result of their set up and their system). I expected a gesture. Had the transfer taken 5-10 minutes, I would not be here two days later still dealing with this.

Worst managed company ever. Every time you call you input all personal information to the bot first - but really it's useless because you have to reconfirm all information once you finally talk to agent. Agents are HORRIBLY trained - gave me several times misinformation about how many shares were available to share, about deposit date of dividends, about options and costs to transfer shares. I got a letter after quitting my ESIP employer plan telling me that shares will be sold automatically and transferred to me and this NEVER happened. I have to call and chase for the money. Oh and because online access was shut off now to me. DON'T deal with this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE, AGENTS NOT KNOWLEAGABLE, BAD PROCESSES IN PLACE.

This company is hopeless and not transfering my shares to my broker...it's 3 months of calling and dealing with hopeless employees.. I'm filling a complaint with the AMF. They are holding my money hostage and they should have their licenses revoked. Don't use this broker to invest.

The waiting time when you call is absolutely ridiculous. They say on their annoying message (repeated every 15 seconds!!) that Covid impacted them. Come on, they are not in a Health sector or anything related to that, they just offer poor services. After waiting about 30-45 minutes every time, they didn't send me the documentation I was told to receive after leaving my company and they offered no guidance on how to close my account. If they were honest into offering a good customer service, they would have taken the time to explain me the choices I had to take. I chose the most difficult one apparently and now I'm stuck to find a way to figure it out.

Horrible nightmare! If you are a company offering stocks to your employees, HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH COMPUTERSHARE. My broker sent paperwork in begining of august to transfer my stocks. Never ComputerShare has aknoledge the reception of documents. We tried getting in touch to confirm they got everything and begining of september, they told me their companie was no longer managing my stocks and that a company named Solium was... I was worried... never got any documentation warning me about this transfer... took me over a month to retreive my stocks... and it was at ComputerShare all along... in the meantime stock value dropped, i lost 2 000$ and they are accusing my broker of being negligent. So i started procedures against my broker... he proved he sent all necessary documentation. Only then ComputerShare retreived the documentation because we had proof with tracking number. 2 weeks later, they found a new excuse not to take responsability, they said the documentation was incomplete. If so, they should have send us a letter or call in begining of august, not tell us they were no longer having my stocks or that they never got a letter and forms from my broker (excuses are always changing). Even spoke with manager and they do everything in their power to throw back blame on me. It is the worst administrative nightmare i have ever lived. They say you can only evaluate the quality of a company on their behavior when a problem occurs, well here is why ComputerShare deserve a big zero on there evaluation.

Terrible company, I am MONTHS waiting to receive a deposit from them. Contacting them all the time and always hearing the same excuses. If I could give 0 starts I`d give. STAY AWAY.
