I worked with Maritza over the course of 3 years to grapple with a huge life transition I was undergoing at the time. Within my very first visit she helped me feel at peace with myself in a way I haven't found anyone else to be able able to adequately do in 20+ sessions.

Of course, that didn't mean my issues were magically resolved... but over the course of those 3 years she helped me transform from who I was into who I was meant to be. I couldn't have done it so seemlessly, while working a stressful job, without the help of Maritza.

I 100% recommend her services to anyone and everyone. Whether it be for just 1 session or many, I am sure you will find that Maritza can provide you some sense of clarity and peace within yourself. She is very good at what she does.

Maritza was a God-send for me!!! She is so present, authentic, professional, warm and INCREDIBLY gifted in her work. Maritza's specialty is Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) - a therapy method that Maritza has truly mastered, and it changed my life. We revisited two traumatic events in my past - memories that used to trigger extreme anxiety for me, and now I am able to recall them without having any physical anxiety symptoms. There is no "quick fix" with trauma of course - but now I am able to approach these wounds and work with them, rather than completely shutting down.

I survived severe childhood trauma and for years I worked to reconcile the damage. I later found myself in a significantly better place but still continually fell victim to the habits I had created to survive my trauma.
