We had the "pleasure" of visiting Circle K on Tamiami trail Sarasota Florida..we have been on assistance recently due to losing everything in a hurricane..our home ,auto everything. We purchased a couple drinks, some food items and and a Mike's Hard Lemonade. The two gentlemen were rude. They were rude, condescending and were laughing at us. We visit Circle K regularly. We buy drinks, cigarettes and fuel. Not only for us, for our crew and work trucks. We've never experienced such poor customer service... ever. This was humiliating and just plane mean. They both should be fired. We will not be using your company's services anymore.

Customer service sucks first of all and don't use their car wash.
It broke the small antenna cap on the top of my car. The car wash malfunctioned and they said due to the age of my car ... (10 years old) too bad.

There have been issues with punctures in beverages in the Barton boulevard rockledge store and the Fisk boulevard rockledge store for over a year. Not sure if your vendor is putting these puncture marks in the beverages or if it's hateful employees. It has to stop because I just had beverages like all over the front of my passenger side for the last time. This may be the 7th or 8th time this has happened in the past year and it is a serious health and safety concern. Fix it or I'll report it to the TTB or ATF!!!

Have left several messages for district manager and they will not return calls. They charged my husband’s debit card $500 but never added the funds to his Easy Pay card. They won’t return calls to his bank.

These people working for Circle K are disgusting & so lazy to the point y'all allow maggots to build up around your coffee creamer for customers to enjoy. Not to mention Circle K has no policy in place for employees whom test positive for COVID-19. In fact there was a food handler whom actually positive for COVID-19 & the company has him handling & preparing the food to be sold to public. Shame on you Circle K from your floor level staff all up words management is just as guilty to allow these things to go on.

I have officially reached out FIVE times now and have left a message each and every time and I have STILL not received a call back from a single person!! They are throwing me away like I am garbage and IT IS NOT RIGHT!!!! I have given them multiple chances to return my call and they have yet to do so, therefore I will be filing a lawsuit and taking this to court. You can not treat people like absolute dirt and not be held accountable for your actions.

Would not even give a star if I did not have too. I stop here to change my always pad and get a coffee. I get key close door. Put bag on hook get my pad change of panties, poops spray on seat. Then I hear knock on door, they know I just got in there they gave me the key. Rude but what ever. No paper towels I took toilet paper put under the auto soap, very slow, very little soap comes out, I get seat clean enough and start laying tpaper on seat, I quickly pee and change under clothes bc I felt it was rude for them to not tell other customer I just got in there. Waiting for the faucet sensor to work and then soap to come out loud bang small bathroom not cool. Not even 3min all this happened. I feel bad for the workers. Anyway man who behaves that way rage bang on door broad day light 1:11pm needs anger management classes, check cameras.
