I have been doing randoms here for a few years and I walked in and thought it was going to take forever considering there was only one lady in the office. She was very nice and professional. Mrs Carol was her name and assured me if I would be in and out. Other than lack of staff and taking longer than usual I would recommend.

I had an extremely pleasant experience @ A-Dependable drug testing. A Mrs. Carol Atkins was so Nice and Professional explaining what she needed me to do. In 20 years of providing UA's to my company She provided me with a renewed sense of Confidence in the way it should be done. She made sure I was Smiling and Comfortable, Thank you Mrs. Atkins. I believe she is the Assistant Manager and rightfully so, I've never felt more Comfortable during a drug screening. Thanks Mrs. Atkins

I came here for a drug test, and let me tell you, it was an experience. First off, they emphasize not leaving once you enter, as it could result in a failure. The staff seemed alright, but honestly, they need to reconsider their signage strategy. It's overwhelming – there are signs everywhere, repeating the same message in different fonts and locations. With over 35 signs plastered around the place, it's hard to focus on anything else. There's even one on the ceiling declaring, "we're watching." I couldn't tell if it was meant to be artistic or just plain bizarre. It puts everyone in a nervous state, and it's time they rethink their approach.

Horrible place, they smelled my pee and told me it was fake, I agreed to be supervised and pee again but had to wait for some one to show up,, I was treated extremely bad and was asking for clarification when they kicked me out. Called the company I worked for and said I refused,,BS, it cost me a 200 k year job and still haven't recovered. You loose all your rights when you walk in this place

I was here for a drug test , and I never been in a very unprofessional and unwelcoming place like this one . The nurse was vaping for god sake, she was vaping behind the counter as soon as I walked in the lobby and she was extremely rude and was very aggressive for no reason . I hope I never get send to this place ever again or step a foot here . So unprofessional

Staff was great. Friendly kind got the job done well in fact everything about the interaction with the staff directly there was great only gave it one star because the manager or area manager that made the rule for this particular facility to not allow fluids in the lobby for people who are taking a urinalysis. I don't know what kind of mental midget makes that kind of decision but he deserves anything and everything bad that ever happens to him. I hope his wife cheats on him I hope his kids turn out to be nightmares for him and put him in an old folks home as soon as possible and I wish him nothing but the worst. And if I ever get the chance to see him to his face I will call him everything but a man. To the staff keep up the good job sorry you have to deal with such a pain in the rear boss
