12.23.24...My appt was scheduled for 2a. I checked in with the guard around 1205a (got lucky, I wasn't sent back out and wait closer to an hour of my appt). The young man at the gate was really nice. You must park against fence to your left and walk to receiving office. I checked in the receiving office and was giving a door right away. I felt the truck start rocking around 1255a. There is no parking, not even on the streets but some do it at their own risk. Once you're done you park back against the fence and wait for a call for your bills. I had bills in hand by 225a . Ty

The worst place I have ever seen in my life. I checked in at 4:30 in the morning. My appointment was at 5:00. At 6:30 they called my door number. At 7:00 the truck was empty. They unloaded me. I have been waiting for about 4 hours just waiting for the papers.l

Limited street parking use second gate to check in at the guard shack he’ll give you a piece of paper to fill out and place in the back of your trailer with your bill of lading‘s they will walk out and give you your paperwork when complete my appointment was Sunday morning 5 AM I got here at 4:30 AM the guard shack gave me a door immediately backed in getting unloaded now. And I’m the only OTR driver on premises. Lol
Got fully unloaded 19 pallets BOL‘s inhand at 5:44 AM.

Simple and easy to get in, but capstone takes forever I'm empty in 15-20 mins but it takes them 4 1/2 hrs to get my bols. Please fix this we have other stops and pick ups that you're making us lose or be late for.

Someone is going to sue this shipper and will definitely win one day if they keep their nonsense scam up of telling truckers they are going to charge them a $226 late fee when the trucker was 10 minutes early on a tightly scheduled load and they would not allow him to pass the 8 trucks in line in front of him or even leave his truck to walk up to the check in station. That is taking advantage of truck drivers, the ones filling your shelves with all you like to buy, the ones giving shippers like you a job.
Why does everything in this country need to be resolved with a law suit. Why can't people use common sense and decency, respect, these days? Because they got you dumbed down (or lost those old fashioned manners and reasoning skills, trust me it was done purposefully, but look at you all now) starting with your brainwashed education.

Lucky for them they had a good employee that used common sense and got rid of the late fee, instead of just the employee who is a bully lacking common sense, or I would be fighting this more than just a review right now, but I got other battles to fight like the destruction of nature and freedom here in America by these dictator wanna-be's that don't know what democracy means or home of the brave and they've been asking for a fight here too long now, but this is not a fight with bullets but of the mind and there is a reason I win at chess and get the class high of 96 while the rest are still in the 66.

Stay away stay away stay away. Appointment time for 1 a.m. checked in at midnight got a door at 3 a.m. was told to leave door at 8:30 a.m. it is now 11 a.m. and still don't have my paperwork these people do not care whatsoever. But they will charge you $500 if you are more than 30 minutes late. Timestamp your bills as soon as you get there no matter what they say

Arrived at 10 pm and they said the closest time for check in is 1 hr before your appointment. My appoint was for 3 am and I came back for check in at 2 30. After check in at the gate you need to park and go to the office for another check in
Then you need to wait the the phone call to be assigned to the door, it took me 2 hrs
After your parked at the door you just need to wait for a long time because it’s gonna take forever, it took me 3 hrs for unloading and after you got a green light you need to wait for the phone call for getting lumper fee to pay for that. After you pay lumper fee you need to wait for paperwork

I arrived for unloading at 2-20 AM. Appointment at 3-00 AM. The queue to enter this garbage dump was 8 trucks long. I stood in line and got to the security at 3-07 AM. When I brought the documents, they said pay for being late. I’m telling you, There's a queue to enter. They don't give a damn about you. I've never seen a worse place than this. Fee for being late is $60.
