Until they start actually putting a limit on people on certain time slots I will be reluctant to go at best. You never know how many people will be in line. Today I walked out because their were 25 people in line who are waiting to finish their donor questions.

I start donating in college cause as a college student your poor, I have continued for the past 15 years. It’s not always about the money. Knowing that your helping make a difference in someone’s life is the best, the money is a bonus. You really make connections with the workers they get to know you by name. The process is fast and painless. I’m am in and out before I know it. The Appleton location has always been clean, friendly and they really have some Great Workers! I have told many friends and family if you have some free time and you want to help save life’s, meet some Great People, and make a little cash donate!

Absolute joke!! They do everything they can to not allow people to donate!! I was diagnosed with PTSD at least 5 years ago, no longer take any medication for it and haven't for over 2 years, as I have learned to cope with it by talking about it. I was denied due to this. How ridiculously and ungodly stupid!!! Screw this circus!! I just wanted to help people but apparently that's not good enough even though I'm absolutely healthy enough to donate!! Would NOT recommend unless you like wasting your time.

I’ve been coming to the BioLife for a while now and it has been nothing but issues. The staff can be rude and will not take what you say into account. And I’d suggest calling ahead to make sure they can actually do your appointment that way you don’t get there and get told that They can no longer see you. Most places will call you and tell you that you need to reschedule and this place needs a receptionist bad they are so unorganized.

Appleton west location, my experience for the most part is always good , had different 1 last week as I answered a question incorrect, asked to wait for nurse , that took 30 minutes, I had ask if she was notified n Roz was short n blunt , just a short update would’ve been good , I was back in corner were I thinking I got forgotten n just thought I’d ask n see , , was kinda sorry for asking , I felt it was unkind of her to answer a calm relaxed question
