The clerk on duty sold me an e-cigarette cartridge and a battery along with a few other items on my way to work this morning. When I arrived at work moments later, I opened the e-cigarette cartridge and the battery, only to find that the battery is not compatible with the e-cigarette cartridge. I went back to the store to ask for a refund but was told by the clerk that he could not refund my money.

I asked the clerk to call his manager concerning this issue. The manager stated that since the package was opened, he would NOT issue a refund. I had no choice but to contact the Police concerning this. Even while the Police were present, the manager refused to issue a refund for the items in question while the clerk laughed about my situation.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received…

Update: No refund was ever issued. Buyer beware. I will never shop at this location again. Was loosing a customer over 30 dollars worth it Bucky’s?

I came in for gas today and Rosario took my payment. Once my payment was approved, Rosario threw my receipt on the counter while I had my hand out for it. Then looked at me and said, "It's on the counter". If I wasn't working, my reaction would have been very different in response to such rudeness. I am always in this area, and I will never come here again. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this too. Customer service sucks here. Have a good day! ?

For anyone referring to the VERY EVIL STORE....those guys are across the street. All negative reviews here I believe are meant for the location across the intersection, which is the NE corner...this thread is supposed to be the SW corner but the photos are wrong.

The smaller store (changing over to Casey's, has a Mobil) has a very friendly staff. The larger store (used to be Bucky's, already switched over weeks ago) has a VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I will not be going there anymore...they have locked me out several times during store hours, and the lady behind the counter will whip receipts and change as she stares at you aggressively. They do not like customers. Please be advised...

The card reader would not read my card. The cashier had no idea on how to allow me to fill it up and insisted on keeping my card while I went out to fill up the car. At least she said have a nice day.

Purchased gas and they wanted you to come inside for the receipt, then went around for a car wash grab the Platinum car wash took about 10 minutes just to accept my credit card while having difficulties using the credit card notice that an employee was standing right out there smoking didn't bother to assist or ask if assistance was needed then went through the car wash it didn't give me the tire sign like I ordered and when I pulled out on the other side there were two more employees smoking poor customer service.If you're going to get your car washed don't go here
