I have had two caseworkers drop the ball after reports of children being driven around by a drunk driving Father and a month later after his DUI. I am documenting EVERYTHING and will be pursuing legal actions due to negligence because they dropped the ball if anything happens to my children. I will have MADD informed as well and I will go to every media outlet I can find.

I went in and spoke to a woman named Sheryl who treated me like a criminal from the beginning. I am not lying or trying to get something for nothing. I'm just trying to get through a hard time and get on my feet. Pls let's work together as a team. 🙂

Terrible service, a cuban woman refused to serve my relatives who had an appointment at 4:20 pm and had been waiting since 4:10 pm. She made them sit and wait without attending them until 5pm, she complained to them why they had requested the appointment so late and it was explained to her that the system had availability for that time, also, she had also lost my relative's application. The truth is, in this office, management has to do a review of its own employees who pretend to treat people as if they were worthless. That woman needs education!!

Need a better setup dealing with the only 2 employees that were there and one was amazing and the bother employee closeted to the doors was very rude and unprofessional and the one near the wall saw my concern and actually took the time to get me the information needed before I need to setup an appointment unlike the other one saying setup and appointment first before even taking a few minutes of her day to get me the proper paperwork when I come back for my appointment.

Switched from walk in service to appt only with no notifications. Several of us waited for 6-8 hours without getting any help or information.
40 people in lobby with only 2 employees each of whom took an hour lunch break.
This office needs better management.

I’ve been trying to reach someone for a very long time! No answer and no call backs! I applied and my benefits are really messed up! It says “I’m family planning and I’m not! They dropped my moms Medicaid, which nothing as changed since she moved here, so I’m assuming another error was entered somewhere. Such a disaster trying to get the help that people need.
