Made an order online on April 9 and today is April 17 and nothing was shipped yet. Per the website shipping process take 1-3 business days and then additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Not sure if they will fulfill my order! Might have to cancel and ask for refund! That is my experience with them 🙂

Update: Today is April 27, order placed on April 9 and nothing shipped yet.

Update: Today is May 2nd and no update yet. At this point I requested cancellation with refund. Sent three email and no answer yet. Next step will be disputing charge through the credit card provider.

Update: today is May 16 and I didn’t receive anything yet. I received an email on May 2 notifying me that the product was shipped. Now that the company is providing wrong information and unable to provide me proof of shipment or tracking number, I had to go through my bank to dispute charges.

Recommendation : pay the extra money to receive a legit guaranteed products.

I ordered a pair of AirPod Pros and they weren’t working properly. I contacted the store and after much back and forth, I finally got a label to ship them back. I have really wanted a pair for a while so I asked them to send me a new pair. But these didn’t work either. The problem was that with the first set, they would drop calls. And then with the second set, they would stop working in the middle of songs. So, I emailed again. Didn’t get a response but eventually got a return label emailed to me. I sent the second pair back, this time asking for a refund. And I haven’t heard back. It’s probably been almost 3 weeks? And there isn’t a number that you can call. I really want my money back and don’t know what else to do. But the saying is true: you get what you pay for. Save up and buy your pair from the Apple Store. This is a waste of time and money.

I had the exact same experience as Mina Mikhail and Brandon Plays. I ordered AirPods Pro on April 6th, the status changed to shipped on April 13th and USPS still hasn't received the item (it's April 20th).

I don't recommend buying anything from them because they cannot keep their shipping time promise. They also said they would send my account to a collections agency if I issue a chargeback... even though they have no proof of ever shipping my order.

Zero stars for this store, if i could. Buyer beware. I placed and order on April 9th. Product supposedly shipped on April 28th. I was never provided with a tracking number and no one has answered the 3 emails I have sent. Don't bother calling either, it's an automated system that makes you go back to the website to send an email. I wish I would have investigated this company sooner I would never have bought from them. At this point just trying to get my money back.

I dont ever post bad reviews but I feel this place deserves one now.
I ordered some AirPods from them and it took like a week or so to have them shipped out. Unfortunately when I received them they didn’t work properly so I asked for a return label which they provided within a couple of days. I sent the items back and here I am almost a full month waiting on my refund with no response to emails.
Save your self time and if your not willing to lose your money go else where. I’ll be seeing if I can dispute the charge with my CU see if there is anything that I can do about this but I strongly doubt it.
This whole dilema has been about 2 months since the initial order.

I ordered an item on April 10th and still have not received it. The company responded once to my inquiry, at the end of April, and from then on has ignored me. They posted a USPS tracking number that the postal service has never heard of. The status has not changed since April 11th--when they say a shipping label was created in Scarsdale, NY. Wondering why a company in the Bronx is sending stuff to a post office in Westchester? I have opened a dispute with the bank that issued my Visa. BEWARE.

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of Airpod pros. This was a birthday gift for my son. I ordered these in the beginning of April. I still have not received a response or my order. I definitely am recommending for anyone & everyone, to not order from this company- Discount Store Outlet.

Stay away from this company. Appears to be a scam company. After one whole month of not getting my product and being unable get any response through email, chat or phone call, I launched a dispute through my CC company to get a refund. Again, stay away. ZERO customer service or
contact. Don't trust them or the other reviews. They seem to be the same company with the F rating on BBB. Very similar name.
