I placed a 220 dollars worth of seafood for my 40th. Birthday party and it should have been delivered between 4:30 and 5:30. I waited outside until 6:15 and went to a seafood market and spent an additional 309 on seafood and I have been told that I can not get a refund but they will reshop, which it's too late for. I am an hour late for my party and outta $212× because HEB dropped the ball and doesn't care about customers.

First public place to be in about 2 weeks people not wearing masks I actually went over to management and said who and where theses people all they did was say okay and that was it and I agree the shopper fee for the pick up of my groceries I used to love H-E-B but the fact you are letting a small group walk around no masks in your store showing you don’t care. And you charge fees for pick up for delivery target and Walmart does not charge anything I will continue with them and not buy Feom H‑E‑B again. And I will encourage my friends and family to stop shopping H‑E‑B.

This was so much fun because of Ms Phyllis Beautiful SMILE..I Love the Big Colorful Cow so I was going to do a selfie and the party kicked off...the atmosphere promote success because once you enter through the doors your Success begins to play the Roll of the Best Manager or Leader. H-E-B have so many opportunities to grow your Future. Big Shout out to Ms Phyllis and your Beautiful SMILE and amazing personality I have lots of pictures with that Colorful Cow and meet a Lovely Friend?

I would not recommend this place at all I called and this older white lady answered and she didn’t even let me speak said not interested before even letting me speak and hung up the phone very rude unprofessional.
