The guys that work here are super friendly and efficient! I'm always impressed with their work ethic. They have the water filled up and loaded into my vehicle before I'm even finished paying. They're consistently awesome and the water is good, too!

My daughter purchased a water dispenser and 5 jugs of water. When she got home one bottle had a small leak. On our next visit for refills I told the worker about it. He said they don't replace cracked bottles and we would have to purchase a new one. I explained my disappointment as we felt this was poor customer service. My Daughter called later and talked to the manager whom rectified the situation. Apparently the workers are supposed to pressure test the bottles prior to filling. Unfortunately this did not happen with hers. But Kudos to the manager for making it right.

If I could give a 6/5 I would. Wow. The best service I have ever received. I pulled up out front, a young man came to my vehicle immediately. He took the jug and confirmed it was what I needed refilled. I paid and the young man brought the filled jug back out to my vehicle all within 2 minutes. Amazing amazing service. Very helpful as a filled jug is a bit much for myself to carry as I am a small woman. I will continue to go back to this location time and time again. If you Need to get water, go here!

Great water vary good price, the mineral water is great has minerals no chemicals you have to ask for it. Filler employee told me about it it's so good we do though 3 19 Lt. jugs a week. thanks

Great place to get your bottles filled. Customer service is wonderful in store.

Don’t expect much from their service team. They told me to bring a water sample in so I did. They said they’d get back to me within a few days. Got a call a few days later. Said I should expect a text with my water results and a call to schedule a service call at our home. Never heard back. Followed up in person twice while I was refilling water. Made a phone call to them. Every time I’d talk to them they would say you should hear back soon. Needless to say I’m now 4 weeks into waiting and my water at home has been bad. I contacted another company who came by the next day.

First visit... very impressed! Was referred by a friend after being stuck with 5 bottles that could no longer be exchanged at a local grocery store program. They greeted me outside... took my bottles in... told me my options and sent me off to pay... cleaned and sanitized and filled the bottles and put them back in my car. Top notch service and super helpful staff, will be referring. Thank you!
