Definitely price mark ups but over all great place. Always helpful and friendly. Been going here for almost 4 years now and was away for some time but upon my return I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine wishes for wellness. Good people and (mostly) worth the price of 'convenience'

**Could use a bit more customer appreciation shown, perhaps in the form of loyalty discounts club card, local neighborhood rewards, frequent flyer miles or something to that effect.

Beware When Renting a U-Haul Truck from This Facility

Be cautious when renting from this location and double-check your reservation details. The owner added a SafeMove charge to my contract without confirming it with me beforehand. Despite claiming that he charges based on what you reserved, that wasn’t the case for me. According to U-Haul’s policies, rental details should be reviewed and agreed upon with the renter before finalizing the contract, but this step was skipped here.

The only question the owner asked was whether I needed a dolly—nothing more. After returning the truck, I received an emailed receipt rather than an in-person review of the charges. When I noticed discrepancies and contacted the facility, the owner deflected responsibility and directed me to U-Haul customer service. This led to a dispute process requiring a supervisor’s review, which was a frustrating and time-consuming inconvenience.

It feels like this might not be an isolated incident at this location. Be sure to carefully review your contract before leaving the facility to avoid any unexpected charges.

Nice little store. I only stop there for one particular product. The family who owns it is very nice. Bo (pronounced Bau) is a friendly and polite young man. He makes the visits comfortable and welcoming.

I’m a mail man, I don’t have places to go to the bathroom. When I use a place I typically buy something. When I entered and asked for a key the man said I had to buy something first. I was planning on buying something regardless but needless to say this was very rude. I don’t plan on returning to this place again anytime soon. If you live here and want a place run by kinder people I would suggest going to the place on Radcliffe Ave and federal.

DONT SHOP HERE !!! They have HORRIBLE customer service! They are RUDE , GREEDY & OVER CHARGE ! They sell false/Fake puff bars !!!! They Sell OLD FOOD !! I went to get $5 in gas and the lady said I only paid for $4 in gas ! ( paid with a card) If I only had $4 wouldn’t my card decline ? She harassed me today saying I owe them $1 like REALLY !!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would !!! AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!

Very friendly and they always remember my cigarettes... They just don't have fountain drinks or the syrup/soda ratio is way off. But very nice family run business & they've always had a deal somewhere.

One of their pumps is broken or something and just shot gas all over my car and made a mess. Could barely get a gallon in although most of it went all over the side of my car. I should've known better, because when I picked up the pump it spewed gas all over the ground

Just a normal convenience store polite guy at the register I believe it's family-owned. So support family-owned businesses. Anytime I drive by this place I stop and go fill up on gas
