Comparatively small and definitely not as dressed up or bright as other locations for this chain. The convenience is that it's located next to a medical clinic but otherwise, for retail goods, cosmetics, and etc. that other Shoppers stores has, this would not be the best one to visit. Parking is can be challenge as the parking lot isn't the biggest.

Worst pharmacy that I've ever been to!! Started going to this pharmacy 2yrs ago they still don't know who my Dr is and were my numerous medications are from!! I would go ther every 2 weeks and each and every time I had to wait up to 3 hours for my refills and I would even call ahead each time. I would give them a few hours head start and I would still wait!! Rude workers ignore u to talk to their friends or co workers. I finally got fed up and returned to Station Pointe pharmacy who are amazing in every way. DO NOT GO TO SHOPPERS DRUG MART.

staff in the beauty centre not nice at all I asked her for something she said it’s there. Go look for it. What a big change in shoppers service, I am very surprised. You are hiring everybody nowadays without knowledge.

I was very frustrated with my doctor and the material I had read online to work with my recently diagnosed diabetes. Denise, a pharmacist helped break it down for me. Best support I’ve had in a long time. Staff are always friendly. Store feels homey or if you will a small town feeling.

I absolutely love this Shoppers. There are ones closer to me...but I love their service. They know who I am and greet me always! Shoutout to Yasmin and Dar in particular! They are all great but these two always make me smile and laugh on occasion too. The commitment to customer service is obvious. Lyn owns another pharmacy on 97st and way north for me...but I assume it’s the same. Thanks all of you!

This is the local pharmacy I have begun to use for my prescription refills as well as drug store buys and I have absolutely no complaints. Always timely, clean and incredibly polite. Bonus to the lovely lady who owns this location, she's awesome!
