Ok, so if you have a Coca-Cola delivery and the address is this one, you'll have to go to 2145 E. 40th Ave. So, just put this in GPS. When turning into location, swing wide to avoid hitting posts.
Sign in with guard shack , and have ID. Very fast unloading. Slide tandems will ring paperwork out. Leave the door open, sign out .
Careful leaving there's some low
Bridges in area.

Arrived half an hour early for the appointment. Half an hour couldn't find my PO in schedule, and three hours waiting for unloading, two and a half hours unloading 6 pallets.Tarrable place!!!

Can arrive an 1hr b4 appointment, but better to show up closer to your appointment. For they'll keep you parked in their property & give you a dock @ 10min b4 your appointment. It took them 1:45 hr.to load.

The only issue I had with this place was the guard. I showed up 1 1/2 hours early. That's alright you never know. The guard however seemed to take great joy I'm telling me to leave. He also has a hard time with his rights and lefts, has those backwards. Along with giving multiple drivers the same door. There is a large dirt lot down the road from the facility you can park and wait. Once checked in, there is plenty of room to back. I put my bills in the trailer, when they were done they brought them to me. Unloading was quick.

Delivery address is different than this address 2145 east 40th ave for big loads. Should put it on the paperwork cus can be difficult to navigate the neighborhood during the day.

Good place, nice guard , clear instructions. No overnight parking. You can come not earlier than 1 hour before appointment. Enough space to back in to the door. Fast unloading. In and out in 1 hour
