Every time I come here, I wish I didn’t come. Long lines, the employees are on there phones or even worst the door is locked because the staff decided to go on lunch break at the same time. Or the doors are open and no one is stationed to work. Envelopes and shipping materials are non existence. It really just is the worst here. The community deserves better. What should’ve been a 5minute errand turned into something else. Unfortunately I will be back but it will be seldom and I hope things change!

This post office is HORRIBLE! They always open late, never on time… one of the workers even said “ I don’t know why Yall come at 9 we never open on time” super bizarre to hear!!! You are proving a service and are definitely failing!! I am assuming they don’t care because the area they’re stationed at! This is an irresponsibility to their work as city workers. This should be further investigated and escalated. ( fyi 915 am and there still not ready) this post office needs to be Closed permanently!!

The post office is listed as opening at 9AM. It is now 9:40AM and there is a line outside in the freezing cold waiting to get in. We all watched a staff member arrive at 9:20 and keep the door locked behind her. Truly inconsiderate management here especially seeing in the other reviews that this is a common occurrence.

I went to pick up an item that’s been there for more than a week because they couldn’t deliver it to my place. She told me to pick it up the day after and I know it was simply because she did not want to look for it. Also came up with the excuse that packages are taking longer to get there because of the storm when I know my package got there way before it !!!

They are terrible always same woman they act like they don’t want there jobs.The line is always out the door and your standing there for hours. NEED A BETTER SUPERVISER

This post office is a hot mess. The workers are loud, rude, and ghetto. The inside looks dirty and unwelcoming. It needs to be shut down and remodeled. There are always long lines with one worker at the window, and what's unacceptable is that the office is supposed to open at 9 a.m., but the workers will open the doors a half hour or an hour late. Sometimes they don't have money orders, and the system is always down.

Moet's behavior has been both unprofessional and inefficient. She closed the USPS location for an hour to take a break, and upon returning, took an additional 15 minutes to get to her window. Instead of calling the next person in line, she inquired about everyone's purpose there. I was informed that I needed to buy clear tape to cover the duct tape on my package, then proceeded to talk about me to the next customer before ultimately denying my package. Would absolutely never recommend this location.Truly miserable and absolutely the worst service I've experienced in a USPS.
